Laugh more.
Realize that all students don’t learn the same way.
Understand the student’s individual learning needs.
Don’t cram too much into one class period.
Be unified together in order to obtain a common goal.
Have livelier attitudes and be more approachable.
Use technology and multimedia.
Assign less homework, students have heavy schedules.
More encouragement and belief in students.
Use sarcasm appropriately.
More hands-on activities.
Don’t talk down to students.
More grade opportunities/extra credit.
Don’t give up on struggling students.
Teach in different settings.
Use competitive events in the learning process.
Encourage students to ask questions.
Be real.
Connect life stories to the curriculum.
Award students for their achievements.
Have more confidence and instill it in students.
